轨道板模具的设计直接影响到高速铁路建设的平顺性与稳定性。结合CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道板的施工,介绍了轨道板模具的组成、有限元模型的建立与分析。提出安装过程中的反变形控制措施。实践证明该方法可有效减少轨道板承轨台打磨量。
The design of track plate mold directly affects the smoothness and stability of high-speed railway construction. Combined with the construction of CRTS Ⅱ ballastless track slab, the composition of the slab slab mold and the establishment and analysis of finite element model are introduced. Put forward the anti-deformation control measures in the installation process. Practice has proved that this method can effectively reduce the amount of track plate bearing rail grinding.
