目的探讨综合干预模式对分裂症家庭照料者心理健康的影响。方法家庭照料者300人,被随机分为研究组和对照组,各为150人,研究组接受综合干预6个月。两组使用SCL-90、SA S、SDS进行评估。结果干预后和1年后随访,研究组比对照组在各量表的评分有明显改善,差异有显著性(P<0.05~0.01)。结论对分裂症家庭照料者的综合干预模式是满意和可行的。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention on mental health of schizophrenic family caregivers. Methods 300 home caregivers were randomly divided into study group and control group, each with 150 persons, and the study group received comprehensive intervention for 6 months. Two groups were evaluated using SCL-90, SA S, SDS. Results After the intervention and 1 year follow-up, the score of each scale in the study group was significantly improved compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). Conclusion The comprehensive intervention model for schizophrenic family caregivers is satisfactory and feasible.
