2003年4月28日中共中央政治局会议号召在全党兴起学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的新高潮,要求全党在对“三个代表”重要思想的时代背景、实践基础、科学内涵、精神实质和历史地位的认识上达到新的高度,在认真贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的根本要求、始终做到“三个代表”上取得新的成效,不断增强贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的自觉性和坚定性。现将自己的一孔之见发表出来,供大家学习参考,欢迎批评指正。
