以柴油机铝合金活塞为例 ,通过建立有限元计算分析模型与加速热疲劳试验 ,研究其低周热疲劳寿命 ,以局部应力—应变理论的Coffin—Manson公式和线弹性有限元理论为基础 ,总结出在热疲劳与高温蠕变相互作用下的低周热疲劳寿命预测公式 ,预测值与试验结果基本相同 ;同时又对试验结果进行分析并提出修正建议。
Taking Diesel Engine Aluminum Piston as an example, the finite element analysis model and accelerated thermal fatigue test were established to study its low cycle thermal fatigue life. Based on Coffin-Manson formula and linear elastic finite element theory of local stress-strain theory, The prediction formula of low cycle thermal fatigue life under the interaction of thermal fatigue and high temperature creep is basically the same as the test results. At the same time, the test results are analyzed and the corrective suggestions are put forward.
