近年来,中国内地传媒产业正在进入历史性的嬗变时期,出现了开发品牌,注重市场化经营,推行跨产业、跨地区的整合与重组等新趋势。在这一过程中,战略管理思想在媒体变革中发挥了不小的指导作用。为迎接挑战,从中央到地方,各家媒体都在谋划加速提升媒体的核心竞争力,注重创新能力,提高整合能力,注重资源和市场延伸。
In recent years, the media industry in Mainland China is entering a historic period of evolution. New trends have emerged in such aspects as brand development, market-oriented management, and integration and reorganization across industries and regions. In this process, the strategic management thought has played a significant guiding role in the media revolution. In order to meet the challenge, from the central government to local governments, all media are planning to speed up the promotion of the core competitiveness of the media, focusing on innovation, improving integration capabilities and focusing on resources and market extension.
