目的在放射诊断放射防护状况调查和监测的基础上,明确放射诊断防护中存在的主要问题,提出改进措施督促落实并评价干预效果。方法通过问卷调查、培训、座谈会及现场调研等方法,了解放射诊断放射防护基本状况;用X射线巡检仪监测机房的放射防护状况;汇总资料明确存在问题,提出整改建议;落实各项整改措施并进行干预效果评价。结果经制定针对性干预措施并督促落实后,放射诊断防护状况整体较好,放射工作人员放射防护知晓率上升至97.9%;所有防护缺陷的防护门均得到及时更换或修补;在明确专人负责放射防护管理后,个人剂量计的送检及时率达到100%;受检者防护用品配备率由73.7%上升到100%;使用率由45.6%上升到71.9%以上。结论开展放射诊断防护状况调查和监测,及时发现问题并采取干预措施是保证放射防护质量的有效途径。
Objective Based on the investigation and monitoring of radiological diagnosis of radiation protection, the main problems in radiological diagnosis and protection were clarified, and the improvement measures were put forward to urge the implementation and evaluate the effect of intervention. Methods The basic status of radiological diagnosis of radiology was studied by means of questionnaire, training, symposium and field investigation. The radiological protection status of the engine room was monitored by X-ray inspection instrument. The problems existed in the summary data were put forward and suggestions for rectification were put forward. Measures and intervention effect evaluation. Results After the targeted interventions were formulated and supervised, the radiation diagnosis and protection status as a whole was good, and the radiation protection awareness of radiation workers rose to 97.9%; the protective doors of all the protective defects were replaced or repaired promptly; After the protection and management, the personal dosimeter’s check-in time rate reached 100%; the coverage rate of the subjects’ protective articles increased from 73.7% to 100%; the utilization rate increased from 45.6% to over 71.9%. Conclusion It is an effective way to carry out radiation diagnostic and protective status investigation and monitoring, find out problems in time and take intervention measures to ensure the quality of radiation protection.
