丁永康,字江东,江苏淮阴人。毕业于首都师范大学书法专业,1986年加入中国书法家协会,现为中国金融书法家协会副主席、中国保险书画艺术研究会主席。其书法高雅轻灵,飘逸潇洒,于舒卷自如中给人以赏心悦目之感。自1986年获得全国硬笔书法一等奖步入书坛,人民教育出版社、龙门书局、金盾出版社、甘肃教育出版社、上海交通大学出版社、文物出版社、台湾商务印书馆、中国书店等几十家出版社为其出版了四百多种字帖及《书法讲座》VCD。代表作有《硬笔楷书唐诗三百首》、《硬笔楷书古代圣贤名言》、《论语.手抄释译》(线装本)、《轻松习字》(人教版1-9年级),“欧、颜、柳、赵”《楷书教程》、《楷书笔法结构新九十二法》和楷书、隶书《章法百图》等。2001年,他的钢笔楷书作品被人民教育出版社编入初中语文教材作为标准临摹字帖,在全国推广。
