为探讨喉癌及癌旁组织中PCNA和Rb基因蛋白的表达水平及其相关性。运用PCNA和Rb基因单克隆抗体以及免疫组织化学S-P方法进行检测。结果显示PCNA和Rb阳性表达率分别为52%(18/34例)、67.6%(23/34例)。PCNA阳性表达在低分化喉癌有淋巴结转移和复发者中明显增高,分别为35.29%(12/34例)P<0.05、22.2%(8/34例)P<0.01。Rb阳性表达在高分化喉癌和癌旁增殖细胞中明显增高。提示PCNA和Rb基因蛋白表达可能与喉癌的发生发展及预后有密切关系
To investigate the expression of PCNA and Rb gene protein in laryngeal carcinoma and its adjacent tissues and their correlation. Using PCNA and Rb monoclonal antibody and immunohistochemical S-P method for detection. The results showed that the positive expression rates of PCNA and Rb were 52% (18/34 cases) and 67.6% (23/34 cases) respectively. The positive expression of PCNA was significantly higher in poorly differentiated laryngeal carcinoma with lymph node metastasis and recurrence (P <0.05, P <0.05, P <0.05), respectively, 35.29% (12/34) 01. Rb positive expression in well-differentiated laryngeal cancer and adjacent-proliferating cells was significantly higher. These results suggest that the expression of PCNA and Rb may be closely related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma
