目的:探讨薯蓣丸对变应性鼻炎大鼠模型IL-4、AQP5的影响,并探讨二者之间是否具有相关性。方法:将50只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、高剂量治疗组、中剂量治疗组、低剂量治疗组,每组各10只。对除正常组外的其余组大鼠采用卵清蛋白(OVA)刺激建立变应性鼻炎大鼠模型,正常组、模型组以生理盐水口饲,高、中、低剂量治疗组用薯蓣丸药液灌胃治疗。测定比较各组大鼠血清IL-4水平以及AQP5表达,并分析二者的相关性。结果:薯蓣丸能改善实验动物鼻炎症状,各治疗组IL-4水平降低、AQP5表达增加,与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IL-4与AQP5表达呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论:薯蓣丸能通过影响IL-4和AQP5缓解变应性鼻炎症状,二者呈显著负相关性。
Objective: To investigate the effect of yuzhu pill on the expression of IL-4 and AQP5 in rat model of allergic rhinitis and explore whether there is correlation between them. Methods: Fifty male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, high dose treatment group, middle dose treatment group and low dose treatment group, 10 rats in each group. The rats in the other groups except the normal group were stimulated with ovalbumin (OVA) to establish the rat model of allergic rhinitis. In the normal group, the rats in the model group were given oral gavage with saline, and those in the high, middle and low doses were treated with yam pills Liquid gavage treatment. Determination of serum IL-4 levels and AQP5 expression in rats of each group, and analyze the correlation between the two. Results: Yueshu pill can improve the symptoms of rhinitis in experimental animals. The levels of IL-4 and the expression of AQP5 in each treatment group were significantly lower than those in the model group (P <0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between IL-4 and AQP5 expression (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yueshu pill can alleviate the symptoms of allergic rhinitis by affecting IL-4 and AQP5, the two have significant negative correlation.
