粉碎“四人帮”之后,我田逐渐恢复了奖金制度。这对于贯彻各尽所能、按劳分配原则,改善职工的物质生活和调动他们的劳动职极性都将发挥重要作用。但这项制度目前还处于试行阶段,由于经验不足和认识上的某些片面性,在工作中出现了一些问题。因此,在当前全面地认识奖金制度的作用,逐步建立和健全我国的奖金制度,使这一制度更好地为实现四个现代化服务,已成为一项重要课题。社会主义时期没有奖金是不行的
After smashing the “Gang of Four,” I gradually restored the bonus system. However, this system is still in the pilot phase. Due to lack of experience and some one-sidedness in understanding, some problems arose during the work. Therefore, it is now an important issue to fully understand the role of the bonus system and gradually establish and improve the bonus system in our country so that this system can better serve the four modernizations. No bonus during the socialist period is not acceptable
