在用急性机械分离法获得的新生大鼠延髓神经细胞上,用膜片钳技术的细胞贴附式方法,研究乙醇对大鼠延髓神经细胞膜延迟整流型钾离子通道(Ik)活动的影响.结果表明,低药理浓度的乙醇不抑制Ik通道的活动;高药理浓度乙醇对Ik通道的开放概率和平均开放时间等动力学特性均显示浓度相关的抑制作用.这可能是高浓度乙醇所致中枢神经系统损伤的重要机制之一.
The effects of ethanol on delayed rectifier potassium channel (Ik) activity in the medulla oblongata neurons of rats were studied by patch-clamp technique on the medulla oblongata neurons of neonatal rats obtained by acute mechanical separation. The results showed that low pharmacological concentrations of ethanol did not inhibit Ik channel activity; high pharmacological ethanol concentration on Ik channel open probability and mean open time and other kinetic properties showed concentration-related inhibition. This may be one of the important mechanisms of high concentration of ethanol-induced central nervous system injury.
