思想政治工作是关系着企业长远健康发展的生命线,对于提高企业领导者和员工的思想觉悟,促进领导和员工之间的和谐,促进企业的长远发展具有很重要的意义。但是,由于员工年龄结构、文化基础、工作职责以及思维方式的不同,人们思想观和价值观的多样化,人们的道德观念与奉献精神淡化等原因,导致我国当前的企业思想政治工作具有很大的复杂性和艰巨性。本文主要介绍了做好企业思想政治工作的重要意义,分析了企业当前在思想政治工作中所面临的挑战,并提出了做好企业思想政治工作的对策与措施。
