目的:探讨中西医结合治疗耳鸣耳聋的疗效。方法:将纳入80例耳鸣、耳聋患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组给予单纯西药治疗,治疗组给予中西医结合治疗,疗程为1月,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈9例,显效22例,好转4例,无效5例,总有效率87.5%;对照组痊愈6例,有效13例,好转7例,无效14例,总有效率65%。两组总有效率经统计学处理差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗耳鸣耳聋临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of TCM and WM on tinnitus and deafness. Methods: Eighty patients with tinnitus and deafness were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine alone. The treatment group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The course of treatment was January, and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results: The treatment group cured 9 cases, 22 cases markedly improved, 4 cases improved, 5 cases ineffective, the total effective rate 87.5%; control group cured 6 cases, effective in 13 cases, improved in 7 cases, ineffective in 14 cases, the total efficiency of 65%. The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative Chinese medicine treatment of tinnitus and deafness is clinically effective and worthy of promotion.
