通过改变固溶时间和固溶后的处理工艺,观察和分析AZ91镁合金的显微组织和耐蚀性。结果表明:AZ91固溶5 h的耐蚀性较好,较基体腐蚀速度减慢26%;固溶6 h时显微组织最均匀;而固溶7 h时硬度最高(82.8HV),较基体(59.48HV)提高了22.32HV。固溶后淬火的试样耐蚀性比时效后有较大改善,而硬度几乎没有什么变化;经时效后的显微组织要比淬火时均匀,但硬度较固溶态有所下降。
By changing the solution time and solution treatment, the microstructure and corrosion resistance of AZ91 magnesium alloy were observed and analyzed. The results show that the corrosion resistance of AZ91 after solution treatment for 5 h is better than that of the matrix, 26% slower than that of the matrix, and the microstructure is the most uniform after 6 h of solution treatment. The hardness of AZ91 is the highest (82.8HV) (59.48HV) increased by 22.32HV. After solution treatment, the corrosion resistance of the sample after quenching has been greatly improved after aging, but the hardness hardly changes; the microstructure after aging is better than the quenching, but the hardness is lower than the solid solution.
