未来北京市的商品房价将如何变化?奥运经济对北京房价会产生多大的影响?应用计量经济学理论和E-views软件分析得出影响北京地区商品房价格的几个因素,代入1992-2009年度的数据,建立北京市商品房定价的计量模型。可以预测到未来北京商品房价的走向,对该问题给出一个合理解释。同时,也为政府今后如何有力地调控商品房价提出了一些建议。
