目的通过检测鸟苷酸环化酶C信使核糖核酸(GC-C mRNA)和尾型同源盒转录因子mRNA(CDX2 mRNA)在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用RT-PCR检测GC-C和CDX2 mRNA在30例胃癌及相应远癌胃组织中的表达。结果GC-C和CDX2 mRNA在胃癌组织中表达率分别为66.7%(20/30)和63.3%(19/30),而在远癌胃组织中均为阴性。两者在肠型胃癌中的表达高于弥漫型;但与年龄、性别、病灶大小、临床病理分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移等因素无关。两者在胃癌中的表达呈正相关(γ=0.4277,P<0.01)。结论GC-C和CDX2 mRNA的异常表达与胃黏膜癌变有关,可能在肠型胃癌的发生上起着重要作用。
Objective To detect the expression of GC-C mRNA and CDX2 mRNA in gastric cancer tissues and its clinical significance by detecting the expression of guanylate cyclase C messenger RNA (GC-C mRNA). Methods The expression of GC-C and CDX2 mRNA in 30 cases of gastric carcinoma and corresponding far-cancer tissues was detected by RT-PCR. Results The expression rates of GC-C and CDX2 mRNA in gastric cancer tissues were 66.7% (20/30) and 63.3% (19/30), respectively, but negative in gastric cancer tissues. Both of them were higher in diffuse intestinal type gastric cancer than in diffuse type, but not related to age, sex, size of lesions, clinical stage, differentiation, lymph node metastasis and other factors. There was a positive correlation between them in gastric cancer (γ = 0.4277, P <0.01). Conclusion The abnormal expression of GC-C and CDX2 mRNA may be related to carcinogenesis of gastric mucosa and may play an important role in the development of intestinal-type gastric cancer.
