造价管理是市政工程项目管理的重要组成内容,加强市政工程项目管理中的工程造价管理与控制,可以大幅度降低工程造价,创造更高的经济与社会效益。以市政工程造价的构成要素与特点为基础,分析对市政工程造价产生影响的各项因素,继而探寻市政工程造价的有效控制措施,以期达到有效控制工程造价,保证工程质量的目的。
Cost management is an important component of municipal engineering project management. Strengthening project cost management and control in municipal engineering project management can greatly reduce project cost and create higher economic and social benefits. Based on the elements and characteristics of municipal engineering cost, the paper analyzes the various factors that affect the construction cost of municipal engineering, and then explores the effective control measures of municipal engineering cost so as to achieve the purpose of effectively controlling the construction cost and ensuring the project quality.
