为探讨维生素C-铜体系对甲型肝炎病毒(HAV)的灭活作用,将HAVNj-3株用PLC/PRF/5细胞株进行培养,在磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)中进行灭活试验。单独使用维生素C(1×10-3mol/L)或铜离子(1×10-5mol/L)接触30min,不能灭活污染PBS中的甲型肝炎病毒。维生素C(5×10-4mol/L)加铜离子(1×10-5mol/L)接触10min,能有效地灭活甲型肝炎病毒。这说明铜离子对维生素C灭活甲型肝炎病毒有增效作用。维生素C-铜体系对f2噬菌体、脊髓灰质炎病毒(PolioI)和甲型肝炎病毒的灭活作用具有同一性,但不同病毒对维生素C-铜体系灭活作用的抗力存在差别,它们的抗力依次排列为PolioI≈HAV>f2。
To investigate the inactivation of Hepatitis A virus (HAV) by the vitamin C-copper system, HAVNj-3 strain was cultured in PLC / PRF / 5 cell line and inactivated in phosphate buffered saline (PBS). Hepatitis A virus contaminated PBS was not inactivated by exposure to vitamin C (1x10-3 mol / L) or copper (1x10-5 mol / L) alone for 30 min. Vitamin C (5 × 10-4mol / L) plus copper ions (1 × 10-5mol / L) contact 10min, can effectively inactivate hepatitis A virus. This shows that copper ions have a synergistic effect on vitamin C inactivation of hepatitis A virus. The vitamin C-copper system is identical to the inactivation of f2 bacteriophage, Polio I and Hepatitis A virus, but different viruses have different resistance to inactivation of the vitamin C-copper system. Their resistances, in turn, Arranged as PolioI≈HAV> f2.
