原发性或转移性肝脏肿瘤患者,常出现以分叶核为主的白细胞增多症。对这一现象至今尚无明确的解释。作者应用0.8%甲基纤维素半固体培养技术,观察了一例白细胞明显增高的淋巴上皮瘤肝转移患者的血浆和白细胞条件培养液(LCM)的集落刺激活性(CSA),并与血液学正常人的血浆及LCM的CSA作了定量比较。上述测定分别用经粘附分离法去除了单核和巨噬细胞后的C_(57)小鼠和人正常骨髓细胞二种培养体系进行。
