在各级党委、政府和有关部门的大力支持下,经过各级水产技术推广部门的努力,1998年全省水产技术推广工作取得了明显成效,为全省渔业的健康发展做出了新的贡献。 一、体系建设又有新的进展 截止到1998年底,全省已有水产技术推广(水利水产)站545个,其中省站1个,市地站17个,县级站42个,乡镇站485个,各级水产技术人员已达到1338人,其中省站19人,市站234人,县站293人,乡镇站791人。在人员组成中,专业技术人员598人,占实有人数的45.47％。省站水产技术培训中心设施已具规模,渔业病害防治中心实验室将启动运转。省站办公室、推广科、开发科和渔业监测中心各科室负责人都聘任到位,为全面开展水产技术推广工作,更有效的服务渔业生产打下良好的基础。
