目的建立外来骨科器械的管理模式,确保手术器械质量安全。方法规范外来器械进入程序,全方位实施外来器械的清洗消毒、灭菌、登记和检查验收制度。结果通过贯彻实施本医院制定的管理规程,实现了外来骨科手术器械的清洗消毒和灭菌效果合格率均达到100%。专职人员培训和持证上岗率均为100%。骨科手术感染率为0.48%。结论经过对外来骨科手术器械规范化管理,使得外来骨科手术器械清洗、消毒、灭菌全部达到合格要求。
Objective To establish a management model of external orthopedic instruments to ensure the quality and safety of surgical instruments. Methods Standard foreign instruments into the program, the full implementation of foreign instruments cleaning and disinfection, sterilization, registration and inspection and acceptance system. Results Through the implementation of the hospital management rules formulated to achieve the external orthopedic surgical instruments disinfection and sterilization effect of pass rate of 100%. Full-time staff training and job certification rates are 100%. Orthopedic surgery infection rate was 0.48%. Conclusion After standardized management of foreign orthopedic surgical instruments, external orthopedic surgical instruments cleaning, disinfection, sterilization all meet the eligibility requirements.
