Glare层板是由铝合金和玻璃纤维增强复合材料组成的一种混杂结构材料,是一种新型的航空结构材料。Glare层板具有优异的抗裂纹扩展能力,广泛地应用于飞机较为关键的疲劳结构件上。目前,国外许多研究机构对Glare层板疲劳性能开展了大量的试验研究,综合分析了国外Glare层板的研究文献,对4所研究机构(荷兰Delft理工大学、美国MIT大学、美国California大学和日本Shiga Prefecture大学)开展的Glare层板疲劳性能试验研究进行了分析与总结,简述了不同类型Glare层板抗疲劳裂纹扩展的能力,并提出了今后进一步的研究方向及工作重点。
Glare laminate is a hybrid structure composed of aluminum alloy and glass fiber reinforced composites, is a new type of aviation structural materials. Glare laminates have excellent crack propagation resistance and are widely used in fatigue-critical structural parts of aircraft. At present, many foreign research institutes carried out a large number of experimental studies on the fatigue performance of Glare laminates. The research literature on Glare laminations abroad was comprehensively analyzed. Four research institutes (Delft University of Technology, University of MIT, USA, University of California, USA and Japan Shiga Prefecture University) to analyze and summarize the experimental study on the fatigue performance of Glare laminates. The capability of anti-fatigue crack propagation of different types of Glare laminates is briefly described. Further research directions and work focuses are put forward in the future.
