目的:采用HPLC法测定鼻窦炎颗粒中的栀子苷。方法:色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为水-乙腈-磷酸(86∶14∶0.01),检测波长238 nm。流速1.0 ml·min~(-1),柱温30℃。结果:栀子苷浓度3.36~126μg·ml~(-1),与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率98.09%,RSD=1.69%。结论:所建方法准确、重复性好,可用于测定鼻窦炎颗粒中的栀子苷。
Objective: To determine the geniposide in sinusitis granules by HPLC. Methods: The chromatographic column was Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was water-acetonitrile-phosphoric acid (86:14:0.01). The detection wavelength was 238 nm. Flow rate 1.0 ml·min~(-1), column temperature 30°C. RESULTS: The geniposide concentration was 3.36-126 μg·ml -1 , and the linear relationship with peak area was good (r=0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 98.09%, and the RSD was 1.69%. Conclusion: The established method is accurate and reproducible and can be used to determine jasminoidin in sinusitis granules.
