“教师自评”是新课程改革的重要产物,在教学评价中,打破了传统教学中只有教师评价学生的单一思维定式。在校本教研中,作为教师,更应该以身作则,教学中不断自我反思,从而提高自身的教学水平及教学修养。从教师自评的意义、教研的内容、教师自评的落实等三方面谈了在校本教研中重视教师自评。
“Teachers’ self-assessment ” is an important product of the new curriculum reform. In the teaching evaluation, only the single thinking style of the teacher evaluation students in the traditional teaching is broken. In school-based teaching and research, as a teacher, we should set an example by teaching ourselves and constantly reflect on ourselves so as to improve our teaching level and teaching accomplishment. From the significance of teachers’ self-assessment, the content of teaching and research, the implementation of teachers’ self-evaluation, we talked about the importance of teachers’ self-evaluation in school-based teaching and research.
