我国大规模清理修改外经贸法规 我国正按照自身改革开放的需要,配合加入世界贸易组织(WTO),履行“入世”相关谈判承诺,全面调整、充实和完善现行涉外经济立法。截至今年1月,外经贸部共清理出外经贸方面的法律文件1413件,其中法律6部,行政法规164部,部门规章887件双边经贸协定191份,双边投资保护协定72份,避免双重征税协定93份。对照WTO规则,确定除双边经贸协定、投资保护协定和
China’s Large-scale Clean-up and Modification of Foreign Economic and Trade Laws and Regulations Our country is fully adjusting, enriching and perfecting the existing foreign economic legislation in accordance with its own needs for reform and opening-up and in line with its accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO) and fulfilling the commitments related to the accession to the WTO. As of January this year, the MOFTEC has cleared a total of 1,413 legal documents on foreign trade and economic cooperation, including 6 laws and 164 administrative regulations, 887 bilateral trade and economic agreements, 191 bilateral trade agreements and 72 bilateral investment protection agreements, avoiding double sign 93 tax treaties. In accordance with the WTO rules, the two sides have decided on agreements for the protection of investment except for bilateral economic and trade agreements
