水平环式焙烧炉火道内温度分布的均匀程度是影响炭阳极焙烧质量的主要因素之一 ,而温度场与气流分布的均匀程度密切相关。为了解火道内气流分布的情况 ,应用Navier Stokes方程与k -ε双方程湍流模型 ,对水平环式阳极焙烧炉火道内的气流分布进行了仿真计算 ,并以提高火道内气流分布的均匀程度为目标 ,对火道内挡块的数量与位置进行了优化。其计算结果表明 :在设计挡块时 ,应考虑气体的流动方向。根据气体的流动规律 ,适当调整挡块的数量与位置 ,可大大改善火道内气流分布的均匀程度
The uniformity of the temperature distribution in the horizontal ring roaster is one of the main factors affecting the quality of anode baking. The temperature field is closely related to the uniformity of the airflow distribution.
