近年来,随着大白菜品种的更新与环境条件的变化及病毒病原的变异,致使病毒病的发生与为害跃居“三大病害”之首,尤其城市近郊受害更为严重。在病毒病流行年份,大白菜产量与产值降低70%左右。为进一步明确山东大白菜病毒病的毒源类群及其分布,作者结合国家攻关专题对相关情况进行了系统研究,现将其主要结果初报如下。材料与方法一、病毒病标样采集在大白菜生长进入莲座中后期,对本省13个市、地大白菜主产区,先后进行了田间调查,采集病毒植株花叶型、皱缩型、皱缩花叶型、系统坏死型、皱缩系统坏死型、系统花叶坏死型六种标样288份,选取其中标样128份,利用7种指示植物作为鉴别寄主进行常规接种鉴定。
In recent years, with the update of Chinese cabbage varieties and the change of environmental conditions and the variation of virus pathogens, the occurrence and damage of virus diseases rank first in the “three major diseases”, especially in the suburbs of cities. In the virus epidemic year, cabbage production and output value decreased by about 70%. In order to further clarify the source groups and their distribution of Shandong cabbage virus disease, the author systematically studied the relevant situations in combination with the national research topics, and the main results are as follows.
