为提高中小学校长培训课程的针对性和实效性,对微课程进行研究与探讨。认为微课程是一种教学资源,是以视频技术为载体,主题突出、内容精干、问题集中、时间简短的研究性课程。校长培训中的微课程开发应更多关注校长专业发展和学校管理工作中的小现象、小事件和小策略。在微课程开发中,应加强课程理论研究,强化课程的系统设计,丰富课程形式,开发多元载体,努力提升培训者课程开发水平。
In order to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of training courses for primary and secondary school principals, the micro-curriculum is studied and discussed. It is considered that micro-curriculum is a kind of teaching resource, which is a research course based on video technology with prominent theme, concise content, concentrated problems and short time. The development of micro-curricula in the training of principals should pay more attention to the small phenomena, minor incidents and minor tactics in the professional development of principals and school management. In the development of micro-curriculum, we should strengthen the study of curriculum theory, strengthen the systematic design of curriculum, enrich the curriculum form, develop multiple carriers and strive to improve the level of trainee curriculum development.
