本文简单介绍了在最简单的模型生物膜—两不相溶电解液界面(ITIES)上进行电化学研究的理论基础。重点讨论了(ITIES)与金属电极/电解质在液界面的类似性,从而奠定了在ITIES上应用现代电化学方法的基础。同时例举了一些ITIES模拟研究生物膜上简单电化学过程的例子,说明了ITIES在研究生物膜电化学热力学和动力学中的作用。
This article gives a brief introduction to the theoretical basis of electrochemical studies at the simplest model biofilm-two immiscible electrolyte interfaces (ITIES). Focusing on the similarities between ITIES and metal electrodes / electrolytes at the liquid interface has laid the foundation for the application of modern electrochemical methods to ITIES. Some examples of ITIES modeling studies of simple electrochemical processes on biofilms are also presented, illustrating the role of ITIES in studying the thermodynamics and kinetics of biomembrane electrochemistry.
