以新疆多泥沙河流引水枢纽为研究对象,考察了河流水文泥沙特性及引水枢纽工作特性,总结了消能防冲面临着闸后有害淘刷、闸后泥沙沿程淤积和建筑物磨蚀三个主要工程问题,分析和梳理了工程中所采用的各种有效消能工产生的背景、结构形式及变化和设计理念。结果表明,消能防冲设计理念已从集中消能逐渐转向适当消能,对引水枢纽的关注焦点已从单个枢纽工程开始转向对相关河段的影响、乃至人与河流的和谐共处关系上。
Taking the multi-Shashi River diversion hub in Xinjiang as the research object, the hydrological and sediment characteristics of the river and the working characteristics of the water diversion hub were investigated. The results showed that the energy-dissipating and anti-erosion faces the harmful scour after the gate, silting along the sediment along the gate and building erosion Three major engineering problems, analyze and sort out the background, structure and change and design concept of various effective energy dissipaters used in the project. The results show that the design concept of energy dissipation and anti-erosion has gradually shifted from concentrated energy dissipation to appropriate energy dissipation. The focus of water diversion hub has shifted from a single hub project to the impact on relevant river sections, and even the harmonious coexistence between man and river.
