7月2日,上海市副市长冯国勤率市府有关部门到市统计局现场办公。 近年来,在市委、市政府的领导下,上海市统计局在统计改革、服务和建设的实践中取得了长足的进步,全局干部在思想观念上坚持与时俱进、创新求实,在工作中积极发挥主动性和创造性,促进了统计事业的全面发展。 一是在完成国家规定的统计调查任务的前提下,为满足市委、市政府及各部门宏观决策和管理需要,主动研究上海经济社会发展过程中的“热点”、“难点”问题,积极反映在发展社会主义市场经济中出现的新事物、新变化,力求“快、精、准”地提供统计信息和咨询建议。
