自1979年以来,我们着重探索了抗稻瘟病育种的程序,1982年初步形成以“在稻瘟病重病区设置抗病筛选点”的抗瘟育种程序。一、二年来,又在亲本和杂种后代的鉴选技术、病区点的利用等方面作了进一步的改进与完善。一、鉴选抗性亲本的三条主要措施为获得对本地区稻瘟病优势生理小种具有抗性较强而稳定、抗谱广的亲本材料并做到有针对性地加以改造利用,着重抓好引进后的鉴筛复测工作。主要有三条措施。 1.所内设置病圃进行多年连续筛选
