目的:观察GyneFix宫内节育器临床使用接受情况。方法:选择1999年4月～1999年11月88例自愿上GyneFix环者作为观察组,同期单日上TCU—IUD62例做为对照组。比较两组术后疼痛情况、半月内出血情况、三个月月经改变情况、脱落情况及使用三个月生命表结果。结果:上GyneFix环者术后疼痛小,出血少,多为点滴出血,一般三日内血止,经量、经期、周期改变不大,脱落率极低,续用率高,两者比较,统计学有显著性差异。结论:GyneFix环避孕效果好,副作用少,妇女乐于接受。
Objective: To observe the clinical acceptability of GyneFix intrauterine device. Methods: From April 1999 to November 1999, 88 patients who voluntarily took GyneFix ring were selected as the observation group and 62 cases of TCU-IUD as the control group on the same day.
