目的:探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)治疗糖尿病足的护理要点。方法:通过回顾性分析2013年10月请下载后查看，本文暂不支持在线获取查看简介。2014年10月使用负压封闭引流治疗糖尿病足48例总结VSD术的护理要点。结果:VSD术治疗糖尿病足效果优良。结论:VSD治疗糖尿病足可加快创面愈合,减轻换药痛苦,减少截肢、截趾,积极有效的护理是保证成功的关键。
Objective: To discuss the main points of nursing care of diabetic foot treated with negative pressure closed drainage (VSD). Methods: After retrospective analysis, please download and view in October, 2013. This article does not support the online introduction. In October 2014, 48 patients with diabetic foot treated with vacuum drainage were selected to summarize the nursing points of VSD. Results: VSD was effective in treating diabetic foot. Conclusion: The treatment of diabetic foot with VSD can speed up wound healing, reduce dressing pain, reduce amputation, truncated toe, and active and effective nursing is the key to success.
