目的:探讨中药注射剂对肿瘤放化疗患者的临床影响。方法:选取2010年1月-2014年1月荆门市第二人民医院接收治疗的200例肿瘤放化疗患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组接受西医治疗,观察组接受中西医结合治疗,回顾分析患者所受的影响和效果。结果:两组观察对象临床治疗效果和不良反应情况比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤放化疗患者接受中药注射剂治疗,有助于其治疗效果的巩固,以及不良反应发生率的降低。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine injection on patients with tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods: The clinical data of 200 patients receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy in Jingmen Second People’s Hospital from January 2010 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received Western medicine treatment, the observation group received Integrative Medicine, retrospective analysis of patients affected and the effect. Results: The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Patients receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy of tumor receive traditional Chinese medicine injections, which will help to consolidate the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
