一、前言解放汽车发动机送厂大修到目前尚没有科学完善的鉴定方法。据有关资料介绍,国外是以现代检测器具对发动机动力性、经济性、排放烟尘浓度及噪声等进行检测、分析,凡在上述方面达到合格标准的送厂修理。我国交通部早在1963年下发的《汽车运输企业技术管理制度》一书中规定:凡送厂大修的发动机必须符合下列条件(摘要):①在燃料系、点火系及底盘调整正常的情况下,动力性下降比正常情况下挂低一个排挡;②汽缸压力下降,各汽缸压力达不到该车原厂规定压力的60%;③汽缸内经磨损过甚,元柱度大于0.35~0.55毫米,
