低碳经济是当今世界具有重要影响的新现象和新趋势,发展低碳经济无疑是适应我国发展需要的,也是促进内蒙古民族地区经济可持续发展的重要策略。外商直接投资(FDI)会对东道国或地区产生外部环境的正负影响效应,给低碳经济发展带来变数,投资于内蒙古的外商直接投资需要引导、规范和管理,使其符合内蒙古低碳经济发展的需要。
Low-carbon economy is a new phenomenon and new trend that has an important influence in today’s world. It is undoubtedly the development of low-carbon economy to meet the development needs of our country and also an important strategy to promote the sustainable economic development in ethnic minority areas of Inner Mongolia. Foreign direct investment (FDI) will have a positive and negative impact on the external environment in the host country or region, which will bring about changes in the development of low-carbon economy. FDI in Inner Mongolia needs to be guided, standardized and managed so that it is in line with the low-carbon economy in Inner Mongolia Development needs.
