目的:探讨雷公藤联合小剂量CsA对小肠移植(SBT)排斥反应的作用机制。方法:通过对小鼠SBT术后不同时相移植小肠的组织病理学改变和脾组织中白细胞介素-4(IL-4)的基因转录水平的检测,对不同的免疫抑制方案进行评估。结果:雷公藤多甙(TⅡ)联合小剂量CsA抑制移植术后免疫排斥反应的效果明显优于小剂量CsA,与全量CsA疗效相同。结论:雷公藤多甙联合小剂量CsA可抑制小鼠SBT术后的急性排斥反应,其作用机理可能为抑制IL-4基因转录
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Tripterygium wilfordii combined with low-dose CsA in the rejection of small bowel transplantation (SBT). METHODS: Different immunosuppressive regimens were evaluated by examining the histopathological changes of the small intestine and the gene transcription levels of interleukin-4 (IL-4) in spleen after SBT. RESULTS: The effect of T2 combined with low-dose CsA on the suppression of immune rejection after transplantation was significantly better than that of low-dose CsA, which was the same as that of full-dose CsA. CONCLUSION: Tripterygium wilfordii combined with low-dose CsA can inhibit the acute rejection of SBT in mice. Its mechanism may be to inhibit the transcription of IL-4 gene.
