紫蛇尾(Ophiopholis mirabilis),属于棘皮动物门(Echinodermata),蛇尾纲(Ophiuroidea),颚蛇尾压目(Gnathophiurina),辐蛇尾科(Ophiactidae),紫蛇尾属(Ophiopholis Muller et Troschel)。盘直径10 mm,腕长约为盘直径4倍,盘圆形,背面盖有大小不同的鳞片,每个鳞片周围有许多颗粒状突起。盘中央和间辐部散布短钝小棘。在黄海中部和北部,大连,旅顺,海洋岛,长岛,烟台和青岛外海大量分布[1,2]。
Ophiopholis mirabilis belongs to the genus Echinodermata, Ophiuroidea, Gnathophiurina, Ophiactidae and Ophiopholis Muller et Troschel. Disk diameter of 10 mm, wrist length of about 4 times the disk diameter, round disk, the back cover with different sizes of scales, each scale has many granular protrusions. Disc central and interventricular radiating short blunt spines. In the central and northern Yellow Sea, Dalian, Lushun, Ocean Island, Long Island, Yantai and the vast sea of Qingdao [1,2].
