Doing a good job in the new period enterprise workers union work, is directly related to social harmony and stability and the sound and rapid development of enterprises. Female staff organizations at all levels should be concerned about women workers and give full play to their role as a bridge and a link between women workers and staff of the trade union in organizing contacts with women workers so as to make a positive contribution to promoting the scientific development of enterprises and promoting social harmony.
