用多聚酶链反应(PCR)技术检测急性呼吸道感染咽部分泌物中的肺炎支原体(MP)90例,同时作MP及解脲脲原体(UU)培养。PCR检测MP感染阳性率13.2%,培养阳性率15%,两者结果相似。UU培养阳性率6.6%。证明MP是小儿急性呼吸道感染的重要病原体之一。PCR检测可在当天或第2天提供病原诊断依据,认为一定条件下UU亦可能引起肺炎。
Ninety cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) in the pharyngeal secretion of acute respiratory infection were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and MP and UU were also cultured. PCR positive rate of MP infection was 13.2%, the positive rate of culture 15%, the two results are similar. UU culture positive rate of 6.6%. MP is proved to be one of the important pathogens in children with acute respiratory infection. PCR test can provide the basis for pathogen diagnosis on the day or the second day, that under certain conditions, UU may also cause pneumonia.
