目的探讨新加坡化学品半定量风险分级方法在某空气化工项目职业病危害评价的应用。方法在某化工项目预评价及控制效果评价阶段均采用化学品风险评估法预测及评价可能存在的职业病危害风险,并与有毒作业分级标准相比较,找出不同阶段职业病危害因素的关键控制点。结果化学品风险评估法可预测各类有害化学物质的职业接触风险,并利用监测结果详细分析某空气化工项目的作业风险化学品风险评估法在建设项目职业病危害风险评价中有一定的应用价值,可综合应用。
Objective To explore the application of Singapore semi-quantitative risk classification method in occupational hazards assessment of an air chemical project. Methods The chemical risk assessment method was used to predict and evaluate the possible risk of occupational hazards during the pre-evaluation and control evaluation of a chemical project. Compared with the classification standard of toxic operation, the key control points of occupational hazards at different stages were identified. Results The chemical risk assessment method can predict the occupational exposure risks of various hazardous chemical substances and use the monitoring results to analyze the operational risks of certain air chemical projects in detail. The chemical risk assessment method has certain application value in the risk assessment of occupational hazards in construction projects. Can be integrated.
