国务院国资委对推动国有企业履行社会责任高度重视,2008年1月,以一号文件的形式发布了《关于中央企业履行社会责任的指导意见》,明确要求中央企业要模范履行社会责任,真正成为全世界企业的楷模和表率。中央企业是我国较早倡导和实践企业社会责任的先锋,他们的实践给我们带来的不仅是新的思维、新的视角也包括新的经验。在圆桌论坛一中,来自中企联、中远集团、国家电网、中国华能的企业代表以他们具体生动的实践经验向我们诠释了中央企业在履行社会责任方面的表率作用。
In January 2008, SASAC issued the Guiding Opinion on Performance of Social Responsibilities of Central Enterprises in the form of No.1 Document, explicitly calling for the central enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities in an exemplary manner and truly become the The world’s business model and model. Central enterprises are the pioneers of advocating and practicing corporate social responsibility earlier in our country. Their practice not only brings us new ideas but also new ones as well as new experiences. In Roundtable 1, representatives of enterprises from China Enterprise Confederation, COSCO Group, State Grid and Huaneng of China explained to them the exemplary role of the central enterprises in fulfilling their social responsibilities with their concrete and vivid practical experiences.
