当今台湾经济的发展面临新的机遇与挑战和新的选择。中国大陆改革开放30余年,经济持续发展的大势已成。如何面对这一格局对台湾经济发展的机遇与挑战,并找到自身的新定位、新角色对于台湾推动经济发展再上层楼至关重要。随着大陆改革开放带来的经济重振,台湾经济有机会再次融入中国大陆经济,在中华民族经济的复兴中重新寻求定位,并与中国大陆经济一道重获在世界经济中应有的地位。
At present, the economic development in Taiwan is facing new opportunities and challenges and new choices. More than 30 years of reform and opening up in mainland China have brought about the trend of sustained economic development. How to face the opportunities and challenges this pattern has for Taiwan’s economy and find its own new position? The new role is crucial to Taiwan’s economic development. With the economic recovery brought about by the Mainland’s reform and opening up, Taiwan’s economy has the opportunity to once again integrate itself into the economy of mainland China and to re-seek its position in the rejuvenation of the Chinese economy. Together with the mainland economy, Taiwan will regain its due status in the world economy.
