9月4日,北京市第二届健身俱乐部挑战赛在首钢体育馆澳特健康中心拉开帷幕。社体中心主任陈士钊说,目前北京市已有900多家经营性健身俱乐部,这些俱乐部拥有着众多健身爱好者,是体育骨干的聚集地,他们活跃在健康与时尚的前沿,传播新的健身理念,推广新的健身方法,为大众健身发挥着良好的示范作用。目前政府越来越多地由过去注重管理过渡到注重指导和服务。对于这类的活动社体中心从服务的角度为俱乐部的教练、会员提供交流、切磋、互动的平台,以增进俱乐部的联系和友谊,提高健身教练的指导水平和会员的积极性。北京市体育局已将这一赛事列为北京群众体育品牌活动。对于比赛项目,大赛秘书长郭庆红介绍说,这此比赛在上一届健身俱乐部挑战赛的基础上做了进一步的完善。譬如这此拔河比赛总结去年比赛的经验,分为男子组与女子组,一队五人,不论规模大小的俱乐部都可以参与,这样可以更好地展示各俱乐部的精神面貌,体现团队合作的精神。另外,今年不再设置团体奖,设六个项目分别是拔河、竞速、腕力、力量举、健美比赛和健美操比赛。赛事的安排可以使更多的人加入到这个活动中来,促进俱乐部韹交流和发,共同繁荣健身市场。
