本文主要对斜拉链吊装专项施工方案进行论述,工程基本数据为钢结构桁架(GHJ1),总长度58.248m,与水平面成38°夹角,总重量约76t。钢桁架下端与烧成窑头熟料输送地沟出口相连,与支承面采用销轴连接,底标高2.000m。顶端与熟料输送及储存中心42.500m平面钢平台相连,支承面为滚动支座。中部设钢支架(GZJ1),支承于熟料输送及储存库壁上,GZJ1上端与钢桁架及下端与库壁支端面均采用销轴连接。GHJ1因跨度大,重量大,其吊装过程作为本方案编制过程控制的重点。
