In the United States, New Jersey, Siemens hearing aids factory production line. Skilled workers on one side are making acrylic hearing aid housings by using mold technology, precision tools, and years of accumulated experience in craftsmanship, plus silicone-embossed inner ear canal models On the production line on the other side, only two machines, such as microwave ovens, are being used to make hearing-like housings made of nylon particles. The two machines are now using digital design files to guide the laser light to be thinner than the needles, like a robot repeatedly scanning back and forth, the multi-layer of tiny nylon dust gradually become hardened plastic shell.
