近几年上海“两会”会场上,总能看到一名手拄拐杖的残疾人,从大会、专题审议会到分组讨论会场,到处都活跃着他的身影,他就是上海市十三届人大代表、原市残联副理事长龚伯荣。当选代表4年来,他不遗余力为残疾人群体奔走呼吁,为改善民生献计献策,以一腔赤诚诠释着人大代表的全部内涵。为“无障碍世博”倾注心力随着上海经济社会飞速发展,无障碍环境建设渐成关注焦点。城市综合环境建设有些方面未能充分考虑残疾人的需求,龚伯荣注意到这个问题,意识到2010年世博会园区无障碍环境如不达标,将会损害上海乃至中国的国际形
