在本世纪初的几场局部战争中,机器人逐渐进入战场助现代战争一臂之力。它们或帮助士兵侦察可疑地区,或排除危险的爆炸装置,甚至携带武器参与进攻。随着信息化军队的形成,用于作战的无人机和无人车辆等装备将大大增加。美军在今年的国防预算中增加了用于“无人操作”武器装备的研制。其他国家也纷纷开发机器人技术,大力发展本国的“无人操作”武器装备。未来的战争将有可能逐渐成为机器人之间的战争——当然,这不是近期的事。为了解公共安全领域的警用机器人,我们采访了负责反恐排爆机器人测试评估的中国人民武装警察部队装备研究所总工程师陈晓东大校。他认为,我国的警用机器人具有可靠的移动平台,通过加载不同的载荷来完成多种任务。无论是应用于工业、公共安全、反恐斗争还是军事行动,机器人都将发挥无可替代的作用。

In order to understand police robots in the field of public safety, we interviewed Dr. Chen Xiaodong, chief engineer of the Chinese People’s Armed Police Forces Equipment Institute responsible for the anti-terrorist testing and evaluation of robots. He believes that our police robots have a reliable mobile platform that can perform a variety of tasks by loading different loads. Whether applied to industrial, public safety, anti-terrorist or military operations, robots will play an irreplaceable role.
