河北省怀安县南辛屯村地处冀西边缘干旱地区。这里十年九旱,年降雨量只有350多毫米,且多集中于7—8月。而年蒸发量却高达1800多毫米。由于水利资源贫乏,该村现有的360亩果园极度缺水,严重影响着果树正常生长与结果。解决供水问题,是果树生产的关键和当务之急。但由于资金贫乏,无力购买成套滴灌设备,今春在有关部门的帮助指导下,摸索创造出经济实惠、简便易行的塑料袋滴灌法。采用塑料袋贮水装置,不仅起到了配套滴灌的作用,解决了果树缺水问题,而且节省了开支,效果非常显著,是丘陵山区解决果树供水的好办法,值得推广。现将塑料袋滴灌的装置和方法介绍如
